Nutrition-focused Exam Web Site Up & Running

Posted by: drhuls in Untagged  on

This new web site is for the education and honing of skills of RDs, interns, students and other health professionals interested in nutrient-based lesions. It has been developed to help RDs learn to perform a nutrition-focused physical examination and increase their skills in identification of lesions as part of the Nutrition Assessment of a client. Nutrition Assessment is the first part of the Nutrition Care Process.

The nutrition-focused physical exam blog is for those who are interested in skill acquisition in the area of nutrition-based lesions. It is for registered dietitians, medical doctors, students, interns, instructors, nurses, physical therapists, chiropractors, all health care practitioners truely interested in the nutritional status of their clients. New areas of research will be summarized and if you are a nutrition researcher you may send a summary of your findings for posting. The website itself is currently being constructed and contributing authors are welcomed.
